Located on the Teatro Lauro Rossi building at the Piazza della Liberta. Worst to visit while you are in Macherata.

The tower is in city center in Piazza della Liberta. the works started in 1482, but the tower was only finished in the middle of the XVII century. It has 62 mt in height, around 200 steps to the top. ...

there is no reason to visit this place they tried to intimate other clocks all over the World but the result is rather poor.

Somebody told us that the planetary clock is a copy, but we dont mind because it's great to understand the many functions of this jewel of beauty and technology. Cannot be missed.
