The Fuente de Cibeles is a renowned fountain in the piece of Madrid alluded to as he Paseo de Recoletos. The fountain was charged by King Carlos III in 1777 and delineates the goddess Cibeles driving a carriage drawn by lions. The fountain was done in 1782. The goddess and chariot are crafted by Francisco Gutierrez, while the lions are crafted by Roberto Michel.
