Weise Temple is located 200m north of Gatuo Town, the resident of Mangkang County. It is one of the eighteen Hutuktu in Tibetan area.
The Weisei Temple had a living Buddha more than 600 years ago. It is the main place for people to conduct religious activities near Mangkang County. The temple holds religious activities such as the dance of gods and butter lantern festivals every year. It has high artistic appreciation value and religious and cultural value. The larger one of the Huangjiao temples in the county is the mother temple in history.
At the end of the morning class, you can eat tea oil at the Tibetan tea shop near the temple and enjoy a lazy time.
Weise Temple is located in Mangkang County. It was founded in 1444 by Gunqin Jiangqiubengba. It is one of the eighteen Hutuktu in Tibet. The living Buddha has now been transferred to the seventeenth. The myths of Hutuktu in the past are widely circulated in Kham. The tour guide of Tianya Travel Agency told us that the Weise Temple holds religious activities such as the dance of gods and butter lantern festivals every year. People from nearby Mangkang County often come to participate.
The Vise Temple is located on the main road of Mangkham, it will never be missed, because there is a big square outside the Vise Temple, and when you enter the Vise Temple, you will find that the inside is also very empty, surrounded by external walls. There are only the main temple and a few surrounding monks’ rooms in the space. There are no tickets for the Weisei Temple. You can enter and exit at will. Against the background of the blue sky, the golden yellow Weisei Temple is very beautiful, but please respect the local religious beliefs and traditions during the visit. Don’t make a loud noise and follow the local elderly. Walking a few laps and turning around the meridian together is a good way to get in the distance. There will be some snow-white stones on the steps of the main building of the Weisei Temple. Please don't take them away at will. These are used by local believers to pray and worship.
——Mangkang Vise Temple feels the friendship of Tibetans ■ Arrive at Mangkang at more than 16:00 on June 29, 2018, and check in at Su Milan Hotel. Visit the Weisei Temple diagonally opposite. The Weisei Temple is being expanded. A beautiful three-story building has been built in the wide square in front of the original temple, which is a Buddhist college. Entering Weise Temple, the gate opens and the main hall is closed. Many believers outside the temple are turning the prayer wheel, and most of them are Tibetan costumes. We followed our pretense and turned around the sutra tube, and we felt a little unfamiliar with the distance. We didn't dare to say anything more, but were taking pictures. The Tibetans who were resting next to me smiled straight at me, maybe we can see that I don't look religious. In order to show my friendship, I smiled at him, and he even said "Tashi Delek" to me. Hehe, I understand this sentence, and immediately replied "Tashi Delek", feeling a lot closer in my heart. The students in the Buddhist academy of the temple had just finished their meal, and some of them went out to the temple to go around for a while, and then followed the believers and started to go around, not dare to take a few photos blatantly. Leaving Weise Temple to have dinner, the small Tianjin Xiaolongbao shop that opened only yesterday is not bad, but unfortunately the steamed buns are sold out. Leave to look at other places. After walking along the street for a while, there are several restaurants serving Sichuan cuisine. The key is that there is no customer. Let’s go back to the Xiaolongbao shop, at least there are some customers. I ran into a little boy and a little girl of Tibetan nationality in the store, and they came here to eat with their parents. The little boy is in school, bilingual teaching, can speak Mandarin, the little girl is not of school age, can't speak Mandarin, and her dirty face is pitiful. Give them a box of yogurt each, right and show kindness. Ordered a bowl of glutinous rice balls, dumplings, and sauerkraut noodles. After eating, I returned to the hotel. After tidying up all the luggage in the car, returning to the room to rest, slowly reminisce about the feeling of entering Tibet. Although there is a slight high reaction, it has less previously unknown fear and feels more relaxed because of the Tibetans’ friendship.
