Memorial Hall
The Lincoln Memorial is an American national monument built to honor the 16th President of the United States, Abraham Lincoln. It is located at the western end of the National Mall, across from the Washington Monument. The building is in the form of a Greek Doric temple and contains a large seated sculpture of Abraham Lincoln and inscriptions of two well-known speeches by Lincoln, "The Gettysburg Address" and his Second Inaugural Address. The Lincoln Memorial has been the site of many famous speeches, including Martin Luther King Jr.'s "I Have a Dream" speech, delivered on August 28, 1963. Abraham Lincoln is widely regarded as America's greatest president and the monument in his memory is an important public gathering place and national symbol.

Art Gallery
The National Gallery of Art, located at the western level of the US Capitol, consists of two distinctly different buildings, one in the west, a neoclassical building with ancient Greek style, and one east in a geometric building of modernism. The two museums contain works of art from the Middle Ages to the present, unique architecture and rich and precious collections, giving the museum a unique style.
