A few minutes drive to Hiyoshi Shrine, go through the "Ando Cultural Award Symbol Tower" facing National Highway 339 and follow a straight road. This is the "Sannobo Ruins" related to Mr. Ando, and it can be said that it is the site of Mr. Ando's religious facility that flourished in the 14th ~ 15th century, but on the other hand, it is also a beautifully managed Hiyoshi Shrine. It is not a tourist spot. It was a very quaint shrine.
A very unusual shape of a torii was noticed on the north side of Lake Jusan. It is said that it is a historic shrine loved by the locals 々. When you go through the torii gate and go back, you will see the remains of a 々 building. I felt a mysterious atmosphere.
Since it is the end of Hiyoshi Taisha Shrine in Otsu City, Shiga Prefecture, you can see the Sanno-zukuri Kyoto-style double torii gate with Kasagi at the top.
