Fumei Battle Martyrs Cemetery: Located in Changxing Town, Mei County, Baoji City, Shaanxi Province. From July 10 to 14, 1949, the Kuomintang army that had retired from Xi’an was intercepted by the First Field Army of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army in Fufeng and Meixian. A battle of Fumei affecting the Northwest and Southwest battles was carried out here. Total victory. In this battle, our People's Liberation Army sacrificed more than 3,000 people. The martyrs cemetery was built here in 1953 and the remains of the martyrs were laid.

The Fumei Battle Martyrs Cemetery is a national-level martyrs memorial facility protection unit named by the State Council; it is a national defense education demonstration base named by the National Defense Education Office.
