Temple
The Confucian Temple in Changchun was built in the 11th year of the Qing Emperor Tongzhi with funds contributed by local gentry member Zhu Xi. After 1949, it was used as a school. Later, due to the degradation of local historical buildings and architecture, the Changchun Municipal People's Government designated funds for its restoration and reconstruction. The Changchun Confucian Temple is a three-indoor-style antique building surrounded by small adjacent rooms and halls. From south to north, points of interest include the Zhao Wall, Dian Pool, Yan Bridge, Qixing Gate, Dacheng Gate, Dacheng Hall, and Chongsheng Hall.
