Half Moon Bay

Half Moon Bay is a great place for families to play. There are beautiful beaches and the water is relatively shallow. You can surf or swim in shallow waters. The weather in Melbourne was great in early autumn and we went to Half Moon Bay Black Rock because we thought it would be a different place to explore. Wow, we marveled at the beauty around the cliffs and the depth of water for young children to play. We had a four- and six-year-old kid who loved playing in the water, it wasn't too far from the shore, and then we walked along the beach to the rock pool and they saw big piles of starfish, a few small, one oversized.
