Very nice coastal views
This bluff is in and of itself fairly standard fare. What makes it worth visiting if you are in the area is that it sits on the main coastal walking path and secondly it provides some lovely views up ...
Be careful. Very strong currents. Don’t recommend for kids playing too far out the water. Water can be quite deep just a few metre out from shore. Don’t try surfing there unless you are a very experie...
The sun was shining, the wind in south west, a few cumulus clouds and Red Bluff was at its best. One of the prettier parts of the bay and best part of Black Rock.
The red bluffs along this stretch of the coastline are different to any other parts of the coast and some of tjhe prettiest . The best views are at beach level.

Still The Best part Of Black Rock

Photogenic
The sandstone cliff is seen from far off and is very distinctive. We walked from Sandringham and saw it as we walked the Coastal Trail.
