    Zen temple on the hill

    Original Text

A temple on a small hill overlooking the hot spring town. It seems to be a Zen temple of the Rinzai sect. The Chinese-style mountain gate is eye-catching, but there are no particular highlights. It seemed difficult to climb the stairs and I didn't go up.

Special な Shanmen の Linyi Zongxiangguo Temple Pai Temple

    Original Text

It was a temple of the Rinzai sect Shokokuji school in a small high place behind "Yoyamaro Iwasaki". When I went up the narrow approach, there was a characteristic mountain gate, and the place where I went further was the main hall. It seems that it was built in a narrow place on the slope of the mountain, and the precincts had a slightly cramped impression. By the way, the bottom of the mountain gate was maintained as a promenade, but due to the light rainy weather, I couldn't find any tourists taking a walk.

    I couldn't get inside.

    Original Text

From the appearance, it looked quite suspicious. I tried to go somehow, but there was a big spider web at the entrance, and I didn't feel like entering anymore. there aren't many people.

The stone steps are quite steep.

    Original Text

It is a temple located just after entering the mountain promenade from Misasa Bridge. I climbed a fairly steep stone steps. This temple is famous for its white plaster foundation on the mountain gate. I went there in March, but I thought that white plaster would shine well during the fresh green and autumn leaves.
