This review is on the spring rolls and there PHO only. My fiance and I have been going back and forth to lucky and the noodle house in Marina and have come to a unanimous conclusion very quickly that Lucky's has a Pho that is more full with delightful flavors that keep us both craving for more. As for the spring rolls, they are wonderfully put together with their plump steamed shrimp. We definitely go back.
