I don't know if the boss has changed, but the staff has changed. Due to the experience of five years, I paid attention to the quality of the staff. After so many years, I have been there several times intermittently. Frankly, the service attitude has gradually improved, but some details have not changed in substance, such as the attitude to tipping. As we all know, eating in the United States should be tipped, and how much tip is given, non-mandatory, depending on the guest, generally give 10% to 15%, there are also 20%; you can pay the bill and pay the tip, you can also pay the bill after the tip. However, when the guest pays the bill, it is not necessarily the same as the bill, so the service staff should return the change they find to the guest, and then the guest will recover some change or give more as a tip. However, more than once, the waiter did not give the change back, the waiter himself estimated that the change should be recovered as a tip. This kind of thing is rare in the United States, except for this store, only encountered once in the 1990s in an old Florida restaurant. Of course, the service has also improved. For example, treating guests is more diligent than before, unlike when they were busy before, it is almost difficult... The taste of this store is still relatively good, similar to the domestic name Yunnan Crossing Bridge Garden, so the business is good. Our colleagues retired dinners and birthday dinners also partyed in this store. The store has been expanded and renovated, at least the decoration is better than before. Health needs to be improved, for example, cleaning frequently in the men's bathroom. The environment is average. Most restaurants near this location are Chinese restaurants. Due to heavy traffic and concentrated Chinese, it is difficult to find parking spaces during meal times, especially lunch time. I hope this store will do better and better, and I hope that the store will pay attention to employee training and treat guests equally, including guests who look like mainland China. Note: If the guest says "keep change", the employee can not change; If the guests do not say, the staff should change, it is common sense.
