This house is a gem and like stepping back in time. Some wealthy people had excellent taste, not just money. This house is a tribute to several generations and hearing about the ladies who lived here over the years is sad and touching. Lovely art and furnishing+ complemented by photos of the family. Steve the guide is fantastic ANd the gift shop a amall jewel. What an unexpectedly glorious experience in desolate downtown Denver!

    Snapshot in Time

    Fascinating look at a turn of the twentieth century family. Being able to have family belongings remain more or less intact is amazing.

    Interesting house museum, but very little other women's history

    Very well informed docent took us through the house museum that reflects a lot of Denver history and several women who were part of it. Not much else of women's history but a few posters.

    Front of the Denver Art museum - a must go

    Great find...it was tour that we enjoyed for its history, for the experience, and just a accompanied by a great tour guide. Highly recommended.
