Free entry, with donations encouraged. It has lots of information about Naval history: including decommissioned weapons. The miniature historical battle ships were also very interesting.
Our guide took us here and we thoroughly enjoyed it. He told us all about the great history of Cartegena as a port. Submarine is also worth a look at as well.
