Burmese love "dry" noodle snacks - essentially, they are salads made with noodles and served with broth - and the most popular of them is Nangyithoke. The snacks are delicious with chicken, sliced fish cakes, bean sprouts and braised eggs with rice noodles. The ingredients are shaken with baked chickpea powder, turmeric powder and chili oil, plus the stew and a bowl of broth, and the merit is complete.
