Yuanjue Temple was built in the Chenghua period of the Ming Dynasty. It was rebuilt during the Wanli period and burned down. It was rebuilt in the second year of the Apocalypse and rebuilt in the Kangxi period to become the largest Buddhist temple today. Based on the mountain, the temple is composed of mountain gate, Maitreya Hall, Zhenru Hall, Daxiong Hall, Guanyin Hall on both sides, Jialan Hall, Wenchang Palace, Sanguan Hall, Zhunti Hall and other buildings. In the temple, there are still listening to the moon temple, the wind pavilion, the bridge, the pond and other gardens, which integrate the temple and the garden.
