Lake
Tonle Sap Lake is a famous freshwater lake in Southeast Asia. It is connected to the Mekong River in Phnom Penh through the Tonle Sap River. There are several floating villages on the lake. Because of the large number of Vietnamese people living in them, they are called “Vietnamese Floating Villages”. You can take a boat trip to the lake to visit these floating villages, where you will see houses, churches, schools and other buildings all on the water. In the evening, you can also enjoy the magnificent sunset on the lake.

Lake
The Royal Baths were constructed at the end of the 12th century. They were built under the orders of Jayavarman VII. They were used to venerate the Boddhisatvas, and are "cloud worship" style buildings. They were also the location for holding bathing ceremonies, and, akin to in other large pools, there was originally a shrine in the middle. Today only the stone base of it remains. This location also has one of the best viewpoints to watch the sunrise at Angkor Wat. There are not too many people who watch the sunrise here, so it is particularly peaceful and quiet. The scene set off by the sunshine on the surface of the pool is very beautiful.

Located in the heart of Cambodia, the Tonle Sap River meets the Mekong River and is a natural passage between Tonle Sap and the Mekong River. Around the Tonle Sap River, there are famous attractions such as the Royal Palace and the National Museum. The scenery is beautiful and it is very pleasant to walk or rest on the river.
