New Jersey is a state in the Mid-Atlantic region of the Northeastern United States. It is bordered on the north and east by the state of New York; on the east, southeast, and south by the Atlantic Ocean; on the west by the Delaware River and Pennsylvania; and on the southwest by Delaware Bay and the State of Delaware. New Jersey is the fourth-smallest state by area but the 11th-most populous, with 8,882,190 residents as of 2019 and an area of 8,722.58 square miles, making it the most densely populated of the 50 U.S. states. The capital is Trenton, while the largest city is Newark. All but one county in New Jersey lie within the combined statistical areas of New York City or Philadelphia; consequently, the state's largest metropolitan area falls within Greater New York.
If you're visiting #newyorkcity, one thing I particularly enjoyed was crossing the Hudson River over into #newjersey where you can get some amazing photos of the Manhattan skyline from parks around the river in Weehawken. If you come around sunset, the city is lit perfectly and then you can watch the lights come up as darkness falls.
Princeton University ranks among the best in the world for good reason. There is a strong tradition of interdisciplinary cooperation and learning that takes place there. The campus is a large and a bit spread out, but there are some great places to stop for photos like a Buyers Hall and East Pyne Hall (shown here).
Newark Liberty International Airport is in New Jersey, USA. It is considered as one of the busiest airports in the US. It's a nice place but during my trip here to Los Angeles, they missed place my luggage to San Francisco flight. #wintergetaway
One of the best retreat centers in Washington township, NJ is located at Schooleys Mountain, a ministry of Liebenzell USA. I spent 3 days in this place and I felt so refreshed. Great for prayers and very quiet.
