Sad to see this nice small garden park known as Latrobe park filled with homeless people
I was shocked to see the number of street people in New Orleans lying and hanging around on sidewalks, sleeping on benches in park areas, drinking in city squares and even curled up in shop doorways.....

Small Park with Homeless!
This is a very small park located close to the farmers market. Big thing was the homeless people sleeping and hanging around the park. Okay during the day would not try at night.
