This could be very well looked after and made a place where tourists could throng with cafes and food vans. It is not.
Best days if there were any are in the distant past!
Don’t bother, desolate, rundown, surrounded by construction and not too impressive to begin with. Waste of time getting there and getting out
Nice fountain.
Spanish Plaza is a large round fountain sitting in the riverfront. What is interesting is all the major Spanish cities and their coat of arms is on the inside of the fountain. Nice!
