We came here for a luxurious lunch and what a great moment. Our cocktails were truly outstanding and created with love, care and brilliance . The octopus is a a must have when visiting this place, followed by mouth watering desserts. The prices are slightly over the top, but at least they go the extra mile with great staff, food and surroundings so you don&#39;&#39;t feel ripped off.

I was in town for a small convention and stayed at a small hotel in this part of town. Went wandering the streets one night looking for a good place to have a beer and meal. Saw the Barfly and it was exactly what I was looking for. It was a Thursday night, and I wanted to catch part of the game. Got there a little before kickoff and there was plenty of room. Waitress was great, I had a beer right away and then enjoyed a French dip and the rosemary fries. I must say, one of the best French dips I&#39;ve had in a while, and I really enjoyed the rosemary fries. It was a comfortable and relaxing place, I was solo, but nobody cared. Near one of the colleges so it gradually filled up with some college students. But, had a nice mix of other people also, a nice crowd. I&#39;d go back in a second. Even as it got busy, waitress was still attentive, despite a 12-top table next to me that started ordering pitchers. If you like good sports pubs, you can&#39;t go wrong here. And, you can&#39;t beat the pricing either, I think I had a couple of beers and the sandwich all for close to $20 ...
