又是一个出了名喜欢跟酒店搞来搞去的哥们。又一个Iron Chef明星厨师（Mirimoto那哥们也是）。不过这个老哥哥不大喜欢耍花招，东西都很实诚，而且我记得它家餐馆周是有牛排的（晚餐）。现在天气不大好，否则吃完可以去个James Hotel楼上的rooftop装装逼，风景很好的，就是酒贵了点。

This menu has advantages, but there are parts worth improving. The appetizer (6 in total) is delicious. Then one of the two main courses is delicious and the other tastes medium. For example, some of the meat in the suki pot is hot and the other is cold, and obviously the meat is not fully dipped in the broth. I have to let them understand that I am not Japanese and I may not fully understand the subtleties of certain dishes, so it creates a misconception. (We weren&rsquo;t too happy. However, I would recommend it to those who like traditional Japanese cuisine and I would certainly recommend the tasting options here, which is very good. The place looks great. Located in the alleys, with stalls furnished and excellent service. Oh, and an extra soft shell crab tempura, very delicious, to give you a strong sense of happiness.

Another guy who famously likes to mess with hotels. Another Iron Chef star chef (Mirimoto&#39;s buddy too). But this old brother doesn&#39;t like to play tricks, everything is very sincere, and I remember that its restaurant has steaks (dinner) on weekdays. The weather is not good now, otherwise you can go to the rooftop upstairs of James Hotel to install it. The scenery is very good, but the wine is a bit expensive.
