This pizza shop is located on Carmike Street in New York City&#39;s Soho District, opposite Demo Father&#39;s Square Park, so don&#39;t worry about the restaurant being difficult to find, because you can see people queuing just walking around the park, which is a good restaurant sign. This pizza restaurant is more than 40 years old, because the pizza is thin and crisp, the filling is delicious and the price is very cheap, and it is sought by local residents and tourists. Don&#39;t give up because of the large queue, in fact, the queue moved very quickly, we only queued for 10 minutes that day.

I told my brother to pick a healthy restaurant where I could get a big salad with a nice piece of salmon, and Westville Hudson was perfect!! I loved having such delicious veggies as an appetizer, and my main was so filling, I couldn&#39;t finish it. Great atmosphere, friendly crowd!

I had heard many good things about this place but have not had a chance to go check it out. So when a handsome gentleman asked me on a date and asked if I would like to go to The Clam for dinner I jumped at the chance. First off the restaurant is beautiful and romantic without being pretentious. There is a shimmery mother of pearl looking ceiling white table cloths and dark beautiful hardwood floors. With flowers and candles sprinkled throughout the room. Perfect date night spot, or even first date spot. Then the food comes and I want to die! Everything from the mixed spring vegetables dressed with anchovy butter to the succulent white spicy clam pizza (Which I didn&#39;t think I was going to like, but I loved it!) to the perfectly done salmon. I could not have asked for more flavor. I didn&#39;t asked for salt or pepper or any other condiments for my meal. None were needed. If your a seafood lover, or even if your not (They have a good some good non seafood items on the menu) go check this place out. It is my new fav spot in west village for sure; maybe even all of downtown. But make sure to make a reservation because it is tiny!

A really inventive delicious dinner. The location in the very West Village is a bit out of the way but definitely worth the trip. Service was excellent. Go!

I went here with some friends on a recent trip to New York. We had heard about Piora through friends. Wow, what a great feast we had. We went for the chefs tasting menu and trusted the in house Sommelier Victoria to pair the wines and food. We were not disappointed in anything. The staff are super friendly, we even met the owner who came over to chat with us. I can honestly say Piora is now my fav restaurant in NY.

We dined on a Friday evening and from the moment we entered everything was just perfect. The restaurant is quaint and perfectly lit. We were greeted warmly by the host and sat promptly. Truly enjoyed our server, Esi (sp?) and his infectious energy which was matched by his knowledge of the menu and offerings. Fabulous recommendations and pairings from the sommelier, Victoria. Really enjoyed talking with Jeffrey, one of the managers, as well. The whole team at Piora seemed to never miss a beat; coats checked upon arrival, a napkin laid down on the floor for my purse, napkins folded while away from the table, ladies served first, and wonderful tableside descriptions of dishes. We all enjoyed the prix fixe menu. I enjoyed the squash, followed by the gnocchi, and lastly the suckling pig, all were delicious and well thought out. For dessert we enjoyed the Meyer lemon tart and cheese plate. Excellent &#39;86 D&#39;Oliviera Madeira &amp; espresso. One of my favorite parts of the evening was getting to enjoy some delicious homemade amaro from Victoria. Thank you to the whole team at Piora for making my first meal in NYC a truly memorable one. Bravo!!
