Batik tablecloths, black kl Hokkien Mee, extra lard, hot curry puffs. It doesn't get more authentic than this. Located in the basement it isn't much to look at but isn't this the hallmark of a typical Malaysian restaurant that cares more about good food than ambience. The waitstaff are all Malaysian which is great if you are missing home. The food tastes like back home and you can do takeaway. I recommend the petai, char kueh teow, curry puffs, kl black Hokkien Mee, Cantonese fried noodles. Around CNY they do some perfect pineapple tarts
