Honestly...the worst Starbucks in my life...Sooo dirty...
The store is beautiful although the staff is disjointed and don't pay very good attention to the customers. The team leader is always preoccupied with friends and people visiting him, not customers.
Too many tourists that take too long to order, seriously figure out what you want while you wait 15 mins in line. I can't wait for the port authority one to open so I won't have to be here again
The best Starbucks near the Garment District! Friendly staff and much quicker that many others. Smaller than some other locations but plenty of charging areas.
Sometimes you can eat free food;)
It's always busy because it's in PABT but it's really understaffed so it takes forever.
More variety but there is always a huge line. I spent more time waiting in the line than when I waited foe my coffee.
Love this Starbucks. Happy baristas who greet you when you walk in. Especially Branden with an 'e' & Chrystal.
I've tried Starbucks in Australia, Singapore, Thailand and the United States... they all taste the same.
Consistently the slowest in the area. Not sure if its the tourists or the staff, but this one is awful.
