We were there first week of June 2016 and found this place on the way to the Blue Man Theatre performance at Astor Place Theatre just around the corner. We explained to the waitress that we were a little late for the show and they got our food to us really quite quickly. We had Duck Fettucine which was excellent and while we were waiting the waitress went and got directions to the theatre for us (we were a little bit lost). No complaints and would go there again.

I went there with friends in May 2016 and I had my first bad bar experience since I moved to NYC 5 months ago. We ordered cocktails and they were really poor quality. They tasted really bad and clearly something was wrong. We mentioned the problem to the waitresses and the only thing they offered was to put some type of juice (did not precise what kind) in the cocktails - it did NOT make them taste better. The staff was not particularly nice and seem to dislike their job. We did not drink our cocktails at all, the glass was full. When the waitresses came back with the check with asked to talk to the manager because no commercial gesture was done. They did not even offer to change our cocktails.... The manager came and I can tell you this he should not manage a bar. he has no sense of customer relationship nor business. We had to argue with him for at least 20 minutes before he finally offered to bring us glasses of wine. It was midnight on a Monday night and we were about to leave.... Great offer ! We paid the check and then we discovered that the suggested tips were included in the bill AMAZING. They explained that this was mentioned on the menu but come on when you have customers complaining about the quality of the drinks for 20 min and you make them pay for drinks they did not touch, you should at least have the common sense to remove the included gratuity. Really a terrible experience, we ended paying $15 for cocktails we did not drink. We felt really robbed. It did not help that the manager was so arrogant. You should really avoid this place even though the space is really nice it is not worth it. You have tons of restaurants/bars in NYC that offers quality, amazing service and a fantastic space.
