We wanted Greek food, and The Greek was a short walk from our hotel. What luck! First -- it is beautiful. Beautifully furnished, beautifully lit, and great ambiance. Very comfortable seating. Second -- the food was delicious. We shared a really good Greek Salad (the kind with cut up cukes and vegetables, not lettuce, and topped with a lovely slice of excellent feta, not some random crumbles. We also had the grill (lamb chops, sausage, meat patty, chicken kabobs, greek potatoes) delivered in a cast iron skillet with a wisp of smoking sage. Easily fed 3 of us. The dolmades were warm and wonderful -- not at all the little ones you see cold in salad bars. Third -- nice staff. We didn&#39;t drink that night, but the bar looked to have a wide and interesting selection on wines and spirits from different regions of Greece.

I told my brother to pick a healthy restaurant where I could get a big salad with a nice piece of salmon, and Westville Hudson was perfect!! I loved having such delicious veggies as an appetizer, and my main was so filling, I couldn&#39;t finish it. Great atmosphere, friendly crowd!

Kizomba Dance classes brought me to this previously undiscovered location. Its not a fancy place but the essentials are there.. Warm candles, and the warmth of the waiters as well Prompt service with smiles. Good music and a place to start the night. Reasonable rates and the happy hour is a plus.

Qingguo is more famous in the Chinese circle in New York than the famous Shanghai cuisine restaurant. It is very accent. The restaurant is in a very beautiful house. The decoration is particularly foreign. The Shanghai dishes are also authentic.

I was visiting NYC and my friend suggested stopping by The Greek for an early dinner. We shared a bottle of white greek wine, some greek olives, a village salad, fakes and the grilled octopus. Brought back memories of Mykonos. Very good and authentic.

We were advised that we couldn&#39;t book for 3 persons so we took a chance and although the restaurant was very busy we were squeezed on to a table. However, the owner, manager and staff were wonderful and made us feel both welcome and comfortable and the fact that the place was busy, created a great atmosphere. The food was traditional Greek and unbelievably tasty, the dips, breads and mixed grill is highly recommended. A great night out and we will definitely be back.
