Read some of the previous reviews and most of them are spot on. This is probably the worse McD I&#39;ve been in. We had to wait 15 mins for our breakfast and the burnt Mcmuffins weren&#39;t worth it. The girl who took our order had the grubbyest finger nails I&#39;ve seen. A previous reviewer said all McDonalds are the same..... Wrong! This one doesn&#39;t do bagels or big breakfasts so not all the same

Newtown McDonald&#39;s is full of vile people who look like there off the Jeremy Kyle show. Treat your customers with respect and also a smile would be great. Thanks for your time today guys.

If I could zero I would!! I can&#39;t even begin to explain how awful it was! All staff looked miserable and then a worker was broke health and safety after taking a burger back he was stood over the food prep area eating this hard burger then was moving older food to the back!! Manager had no idea what he was doing!! Massive thanks to Karen who worked there she was lovely and understanding better than the manger!!

We visited this restaurant on the way back From a holiday with family, we ordered our meal and sat down, my friends burger was rock solid to the point you could break your teeth on it, he got this quickly exchanged. However where we were sat we could see the counter and kitchen area, upon returning the burger a young guy in the kitchen proceeded to eat this burger whilst packaging new burgers! He then proceeded to eat another fresh burger all whilst handling the food they were serving WITHOUT washing his hands!! Our concerns were raised the manager who didn&#39;t at all seem bothered! He said it was quality testing! - Disgusting in my eyes! Steer well clear - shoddy staff and management!
