Tokkuri Tei for me really ruined my view of other sushi. It was the best sushi I had ever eaten and I didn&#39;t know what to measure it with similar things. We sat at the sushi bar and chatted with the owner/sushi chef as he combined art and fish. He would give us what kind of fish we liked and then do something innovative for us.
