We spent a couple of hours here just sitting on the sand and enjoying the water. Not too busy. Lots of families enjoying the park. Swings and basketball court for kids. BBQ grills. lots of space ...
Took our 1 year old golden here 3 weeks ago and it was fabulous. Lots of room for training and playing. People were very friendly as were their dogs. No mud!

wonderful beach and woodworking museum gets you out of the sun with lots to see and the sheepdog trials in august is a must do for every family
