Chef Mori Yoshifumi opened his own store at the age of 26 and has won numerous awards. Not only is he proficient in cooking, he is also quite accomplished in making lacquerware. A solo exhibition of lacquerware was held in New York more than ten years ago. During the meal, lacquerware appeared on stage many times, and many works were made by Master Mori.
The chef Farran Adrian of El Bulli, the world's number one top restaurant, commented that “just the meal of Master Mori’s food can be a reason to come to Osaka”. Then, 10 employees in the shop came to Osaka from Spain to enjoy the magical craftsmanship of Master Mori over two days.
