Expo ’70 Commemorative Park

Please visit if you are in Osaka for cherry blossom! Many locals also come here. Do drop by the mall nearby. It may seem ordinary but the shops arent! You can easily spend half a day here!

It takes about 40 minutes to take a bus from Umeda to Wanbo Memorial Park. The sun tower at the entrance is a giant landmark. The place is wide and the air is fresh. It is the red leaf season in November, and many red leaves are visible. There are chic small trains in the park.

Expo Commemoration Park or Expo '70 Commemorative Park is a park in Suida, Japan, north of Osaka. The park used to be the venue of the Expo '70, which is the World's Fair. It has educational and recreational facilities. The Wanbo Memorial Park, the site of the previous Osaka World Expo, has now been opened into a green park, but the Sun Tower of the Expo remains. In addition, the stadium here holds professional football matches and baseball matches in Japan every week, so the popularity here is very high.

Expo "70 Commemorative Park is located in Suita City in Osaka Japan. The "Tower of the Sun"(太陽の塔) used to be the symbol of the Expo venue in 1970 and still being well -preserved.The nearby shopping mall "Expo City" is also nice place to rest and shop!
