Statue of Mr. Hayashi Ichizo

林市藏像所在地：大阪市中央区北浜4丁目　淀屋橋南詰大正7年（1918）に現在の民生委員制度の礎となる、方面委員制度を導入した大阪府第15代知事林市蔵の功績をたたえて制作された記念像で、「民生委員の父」と呼ばれています。

A small attraction is at Exit 6 of Yodoyabashi Subway Midosuji Line. You will miss it accidentally. Crossing the bridge is the Bank of Japan and Osaka City Hall.

The main reason to come here is to see the statues. Every time you come, it is very crowded with tourists. However, there are free guides and commentaries here. If you are interested in the history of this place, you can come here to queue for a visit.

This is the statue of Linshi Tibetan in the former prefecture of Dafu, but there are a lot of people, and it's not much to watch.
