Fresh, modern Scandinavian food, stylish surroundings
Great three, four, five course menu ( your choice) with fish and seafood as the main ingredients. We chose four course because we didn't like whales...each course was delicious and the service was good. I like the way they use locally picked ingredients to enhance the taste of the dishes, each of which is explained in detail by the waiter. Being able to walk in without booking 6 months in advance for a Michelin star restaurant was a great fun for a person from the UK. Yes it is expensive but worth it

We ordered three applications and one main course. The first dish is tuna tartare more than any previous version. Then every dish follows its predecessor. I have eaten a lot of food in many countries.
This is a very famous restaurant in Oslo. There are a lot of guests. It is best to reserve a seat before you go. Its environment and decoration are excellent.
