Otaru canal is probably the number one attraction that tourists come to Otaru for. The view is indeed nice, regardless during the day or at night, but do take note that as the sun sets, the crowd that gathers at the bridge could get quite big. Every one is nice enough to take turns to take photos and then leave though. #GiveThanks
