We had the most memorable dinner last night at Casa Ferm&iacute;n in Oviedo.  The ambiance was warm &amp; inviting with simple, yet tasteful decor.  Our server Bea was attentive, friendly, yet provided very professional service.  The Sommelier recommended a lovely bottle of wine for us to enjoy.  The menu at Casa Fermin was well executed &amp; each dish burst with flavors.  We enjoyed:  Lagostinos, creme de puerro, Ensalada de Bogavante, Steak Tartare with a Jalepeno &amp; Mustard Helados (beautiful dish) &amp; the Cochinillo Confitado.  We have tasted the baby suckling pig throughout Asturias (as it&#39;s a specialty of the region), but hands down, Casa Fermin&#39;s version was absolutely the best.  Succulent, flavorful &amp; simple.  For dessert, we loved the Tarta de Queso Gamoneu with Sierra &amp; their famous Casadielles Fermin.  They made us feel very special &amp; we look forward to returning next summer.

Fantastic attention. A quick, pendling service and pleasant. The food is really rich. The scalopins with the fresh goats and the fair salsa to be able to wet but not exaggerated, the cod made perfect, the chicory with the cider just missed to be a little softer but very rich, the fantastic zamburins with the garlic, The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable.

The experience was extraordinary, incredible... The service was nice and they were very nice and welcoming. I love the representation and the attention to detail.  Am definitely coming back and I highly recommend it.

Great food. Walked the Camino San Salvador, and was craving a great vegetable friendly meal. It really hit the spot! Everything was cooked perfect.

really good food with nice flavours: shrimp carpaccio, leek gratin and pork rib, all very tasteful. Basic small restaurant, with good english speaking owner/waiter/chef.

Nos gust&oacute; mucho la comida, buenas porciones y de calidad excelente. La tarta de queso est&aacute; deliciosa al igual que el pulpo, la fabada y el cachopo! Un 10 en todo.

Patio interior muy bonito, en pleno centro de Oviedo,lFuimos a comer el desarme ( men&uacute; t&iacute;pico de esta semana en Oviedo , garbanzos con espinacas, callos y arroz con leche), &iacute;bamos con mi hija y nos dieron opciones de cambio, ya que a ella no le gustaban los callos. Comida abundante y rica. Hab&iacute;amos venido varias veces y el &uacute;nico pero que pon&iacute;amos al restaurante era el trato un poco seco de sus camareros, en cambio hoy fueron amables, simp&aacute;ticos y atentos, as&iacute; que ning&uacute;n pero.Buena relaci&oacute;n calidad precio y un sitio muy aconsejable. Very beautiful indoor patio, in the center of Oviedo,lWe went to eat disarmament ( typical menu this week in Oviedo , tails with spinach, tails and rice with milk), we went with my daughter and gave us options for change, The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. We had come several times and the only one but we put to the restaurant was a bit dry treatment of their servants, instead today they were friendly, sympathetic and attentive, so no but. Good price quality ratio and a very advisable site. We&#39;ll repeat safely
