Horseshoe Bend Travel Recommendations for 2024 (Updated in Apr)
Arizona Horseshoe Bay Guide in the United States
Horseshoe Bay is a U-shaped river course of the Colorado River in Arizona, named for the surrounding giant rock that looks particularly like a horseshoe.
💺 Transportation: It's about an hour's drive from the eastern edge of the Grand Canyon to Horseshoe Bay. If you drive directly from Las Vegas, it takes nearly 5 hours. Many people choose to stay in the town of Page the day before, and it only takes about 10 minutes to get to Horseshoe Bay the next day.
🎫 Tickets: Parking is free. A shuttle bus costs $5. The ticket price is $10 per car.
🕰 Playtime: It is recommended to play for about 2 hours. It feels spectacular no matter when you come, especially in the evening. The afterglow of the setting sun is sprinkled on the rocks, reflecting the color of the surrounding rock walls, and the scenery is deep and charming.
🚶🏻 Route: It takes about half an hour to walk from the parking lot to the scenic spot through a red sand dune.
Note: There are no guardrails around Horseshoe Bay. Do less dangerous actions. Many people fall down every year

Address - Page Arizona
Ambiance/Facilities - It’s 10 minutes drive from Page. The hiking from the parking lot was fairly easy and it took us just 10 minutes or so. If you could go during sunrise or sunset, it would be better since it will not be too crowded.

USA Las Vegas Horseshoe Bend + Antelope Canyon
Stayed in the United States for a month, then went to Las Vegas for a few days. I looked up a lot of recommendations in advance, including the outfits, which were really great!
❣️It is recommended to book a local day trip by charter, which is convenient and reasonably priced. Why do we suggest everyone to charter a car?
1. Because places like Horseshoe Bend and Antelope Canyon are all in Page, which is at least a 5-hour drive from Las Vegas, making the round trip a total of 10 hours. We have to leave at 5am just to complete a day's itinerary... driving ourselves is just too tiring!!
2. Chartering a car means having a driver and a tour guide. The master will explain all the way, introduce the characteristics of various hotels in Las Vegas, and even the historical past, which is particularly interesting. They will also recommend various delicious and fun places... When they arrive at the scenic spot, they will also explain some stories about the scenic spot. If you go there by yourself, you won't understand anything... you can only take pictures! In Antelope Canyon, there are local Indian guides who are particularly familiar with the scenic spot! They know the angle to take pictures that looks the best, and can take big shots in minutes... they can also help you take pictures.
Horseshoe Bens adventure
We visited the amazing Horseshoe Bend on the way to Monument Valley. This was an amazing location and what was even better is the fact that the hotels here in Page, Arizona are all mostly new and super super cheap to stay at. It makes a great road trip that you will remember forever!
We stayed at a gorgeous hotel in Monument Valley, called the View hotel. We stayed in the cabins just facing Monument Valley and this is an unbelievable location. I would recommend booking way in advance and be prepared to pay a high price. (The savings you make staying in Page, Arizona will help counteract the price of this!)#horseshoebend #arizona #utah #monumentvalley

The most beautiful narrow valley in the world - Antelope Canyon.
Antelope Canyon is one of the world's famous slot canyons and a well-known photography spot. It is located in the northern part of Arizona, USA, with the nearest city being Page, and is part of the Navajo Native American Reservation. Antelope Canyon is divided into two independent parts in terms of terrain, known as Upper Antelope Canyon and Lower Antelope Canyon.
Always amazed by the nature - Antelope Canyon!
Antelope Canyon is located at Arizona state and it is pretty close to the Grand Canyon. So highly recommend to visit these two places together! Ticket is required for visiting so you may plan advanced and purchase ticket online first. There is also tour guide service that you can buy ticket for and it is definitely worth the money! The guide is very nice and a good story telling also willing to help you with photo taking! #antelope

The scene was just too beautiful to be true!
It just happened when our boat was cruising into the lake. I could not take my eyes off the reflections. It’s an incredible golden hour at the evening. The boat was in a lower position of the lake, where we could see up to slot canyons, which Lake Power is famous.
Getting there: Navajo Nation Reservation,
537 Marina Pkwy, Page, AZ 86040, Antelope Point Marina
down the road from Lower Antelope Canyon on Navajo Route 22
attraction: Antelope Slot Canyon, Antelope Canyon

That was a fantastic breathtaking experience when we were cursing into Lake Powell in late Autumn. The afternoon boat was in a lower position of the lake, where we could see up to slot canyons, which Lake Power is famous. The unique close looks to the narrow, colorful, and sculpted geology in golden hours, and I was unsure if I were in a Xanadu.

Monument Valley Travel Recommendations for 2024 (Updated in Apr)
Monument valley is spectecular place near Utah state you could see massive rocks there.
Monument Valley
#wheretogo Monument Valley? Let me tell you, it's like nature's own sculpture garden! I recently checked out this mind-blowing place, and it's just unreal.
Imagine these massive sandstone buttes and mesas, shooting up from the desert floor. It's like something from a classic Western movie, and you won't believe your eyes. The sheer size and beauty of these rock formations are off the charts.
Driving around Monument Valley on the scenic loop is a real adventure. The dusty trails take you on a journey where you can't stop taking pictures. The way the sun hits those rocks, creating shadows and highlights, it's like a whole other level of breathtaking.
And here's the cool part: Monument Valley has a deep history with Native American cultures, especially the Navajo folks who've been connected to this land for ages. You can learn about their traditions and their unique bond with this incredible place.
Now, even though it's a popular spot, Monument Valley's vastness makes you feel like you've got the whole place to yourself. There's something peaceful about the emptiness, a sense of calm and humility.
To sum it up, Monument Valley is one of those spots that leaves you speechless. It's nature showing off in the most epic way. If you're into jaw-dropping views and a deep connection to the wild beauty of the American Southwest, this is the place to be. It's where you'll be awestruck by nature's artistry and reminded of the incredible power of the natural world.
Great view monument valey
Its good to sit for few hours or book a night in the view hotel and see how light is changing the colors of stones. Best time is sunset but also sunrise is giving very nice perspective,so that is why the view hotel is the best option as you can enjoy both the sunset and sunrise. One night is perfectly enough for that place. Car tour take anything from 40 minutes to as long as you want.
The Six-Month Vacation Dream
Raise your hand if you've ever yearned for two six-month vacations per year! The fantasy of escaping into endless exploration and tranquility is a universal sentiment. While reality might differ, let the dream inspire you to seize those precious moments of escape and recharge whenever they arise. 🏖️🌴

Lower Antelope Canyon Travel Recommendations for 2024 (Updated in Apr)
Lower Antelope Canyon
very worth the ticket price, and the long drive from Vegas there. took many pictures but with vibrant mode to achieve the effect of the internet pictures. recommend everyone to go. there’s also a horseshoe bend nearby which is recommended. too bad there’s not much food options nearby but luckily the hotel I booked has breakfast included so we didn’t have to look for a restaurant.
Unbelievably beautiful Lower Antelope😍
#wecreate
If you haven’t been to Lower Antelope, you should definitely try to visit it soon😍 We bought the ticket via trip.com since they have more time availability. The customer service was very helpful in adjusting the time since the original time we had was fully booked. We got the 11 am tour and the total time was nearly 2.5 hrs. The tour guide were locals and very kind, helpful and knowledgable in explaining
the canyon. He even took pictures of everyone in our group with really good angles and lighting. I asked him the best time to actually see the canyon, and he said, it’s the first tour at 7 a.m since the color is at max. You cannot bring your bag, only water and phone are allowed.
Address - Ken’s Tour (Lower Antelope Canyon)
Ambiance/Facilities - It’s 5 mins hike from Ken’s tour (one of the two company that facilitates the tour)
Highlights - Lower Antelope Canyon
Avg. Price per Person - 85$ plus tip for the tour guide

Antelope Canyon Arizona
Where: Antelope Canyon, Page, Arizona
When: November 2017
Have you ever wondered where the Microsoft background stock images come from? Well turns out one of them is from this amazing canyon in the middle of Arizona. Located just outside the town of Page, AZ in a real "blink and you'll miss it" location is the magnificent Antelope Canyon. I had been wanting to visit it here for many many years but had never travelled that far east on my trips to Arizona. Lucky for me I had a couple of days spare after visiting the Grand Canyon South Rim that we decided to make a pit stop to explore this natural wonder.
I couldn't believe how many other were doing the same thing. The line up to enter that canyon was long and we waited a good hour to get down in to the floor of the canyon itself (it is single person ladders to enter which is why it took so long) but once we were in it was absolutely breath taking. Despite the number of people visiting we didn't feel cramped or rushed. I tried to get that particular Microsoft background image photo but after taking the images above I had to put the camera away and just enjoy the beauty of this place in full. Not through a camera lens. A lot of the people we passed while exploring the canyon seemed to be glued to the cameras trying to get that perfect shot. If i can recommend one thing when visiting here, take a photo or 2 at the start then just enjoy being there.
It is a very magical place.

Antelope or Seahorse?
we joined the lower #antelopecanyon tour hosted by ken’s tours in page, #arizona. 🔥 you must join a tour (usually led by the navajo people) to venture into the depths of the #canyon. 🦌 the view was absolutely breathtaking and we couldn’t stop taking photos. 📸 our guide was nice enough to help us take pictures and teach us techniques and angles to capture this magnificent canyon, including the hidden seahorse above our heads! 🌄 of course, it is better to see it with your own eyes than through pictures, and the view is unique to everyone, every time. 👀 be prepare to be amazed as the sun rays bounce off the canyon walls, creating a harmony of light, shadow, and colour 🌈
