This place was great when we were tired and we had a Lite dinner; it had the BEST pot de chocolate and a lot of fine wine at a very good price; service was WAY above average for France! It is quite and relaxed you can kick back and drink and not feel pressure. They have the menu on a chalk board so you know it is what is good that day. We went in two times over a few days in town and had a fine time.

Wonderful food at a value point in a very nice venue.But, the restaurant is very under-staffed.  Most of the diners arrived within a half hour and the kitchen and staff could not provide adequate service.They were working very hard and you should dine here. Just prepare for a longer meal than you might expect.

Auguste, as the current recommended Michelin-star restaurant in Paris, has a very good experience in all aspects. Chef Gal Orieux, as one of the godfathers of &quot;Mr Good Fish&quot;, is also committed to protecting marine resources when satisfying customers&#39; taste buds. When choosing seafood raw materials, be careful. Careful. Highly recommended: salmon, foie gras shrimp.

We always have a nice time when we eat at Le Solferino.  We go there mostly because the staff is always friendly and accommodating and we enjoy the brasserie feel.

Overall, the food is good, but the dessert is unremarkable compare to other dishes. The service is very disappointing. The waiters never refill the glass even it&rsquo;s empty for a long time. Our wine isn&rsquo;t refill as well until we ask them to do so eventually. And no more refills after that until the end of the dinner. However, the service on other tables, who are Europeans, were excellent. Moreover, the waitress who wears a pair of glasses shouted at one of us just because he pick up the cover by himself. This dinning experience is the worst we had ever have from any French restaurants. The only star is offer to the security guard at the front door who is being passionate.

Been here many times.They make an excellent pizza and the pasta looks great as well.The owner is very friendly and welcoming and speaks perfect English.
