Pal&igrave;s is a gem not far from the highway exit and from the coast of Pesaro. From the moment you step through the door, you&#39;re greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. The food is simply outstanding, with each dish expertly crafted using fresh, high-quality ingredients. Whether you&#39;re craving classic favorites or adventurous new flavors, Pal&igrave;s has something to delight every palate. And to top it off, the restaurant itself is a sight to behold, boasting a charming ambiance that enhances the overall dining experience. A must-visit destination for food enthusiasts and ambiance seekers alike.

Although this restaurant is small in size, it has its own characteristics, pure taste and good service.

Nice place where to stay and eat together with your loved or who you want ...yy eat well and spend the right ...outside doesn&#39;t seem but inside is a surprise.

We went for the ten-course Sicilian tasting menu with paired wines. The food was outstanding: each dish beautifully prepared and presented, well balanced in terms of quantity, and cooked to perfection. The seared swordfish steak, for example, was so tender that it almost melted in the mouth. The wine was rather disappointing. There were five very small glasses (more like tasting measures) of wine to go with nine courses. The first two wines went quite well with the dishes they were supposed to accompany. The red wine was supposed to last us for two courses but didn&rsquo;t, with the result that we had no wine at all to go with the meat course. Service was good but with a couple of shortcomings: a food allergy that had been mentioned when we made the reservation and when we ordered was not initially taken into account, and the snacks that were supposed to accompany our aperitif arrived after we had finished our aperitif. All in all this place has great potential but needs a bit of polish in the front of house.

A lovely dinner in a beautiful and unusual place with an interesting story. We&#39;ll certainly try to go there whenever we visit Pesaro.

Great accommodation ... excellent quality in the excellent prices ...so I&#39;ll certainly return
