Wow, what an experience. The omakase tasting menu was amazing. It was 10 course meal that left me wanting to take a nap. Some of the items I liked more than others, but all of it was great.
This restaurant not only has wonderful food, but also a complete dinner experience. The waiters are friendly and knowledgeable. Japanese rice wine is the best I have ever tasted. I tried a plate of food in a stone bowl, and they cooked it right at your table. What a surprise. We also ordered sushi as an appetizer, the best I have ever had. It happened to be my birthday, and they gave me a free cake full of candles. The design of the restaurant is very rich, leaving us a special date night. There were 8 people in our party and all felt that the overall experience was great. We will definitely come back again.
This is a Japanese restaurant. It is said to be the best Japanese restaurant in Philadelphia. The ingredients in it are seasonal, so the freshness and taste can be greatly guaranteed. The sushi and sashimi inside are relatively good and worth tasting.
We ate at Morimoto''s at my sister''s request. She''s a huge sushi and seafood lover and loved every part of her meal.
Traveling can increase appetite, hahaha. Everything is delicious here. The environment is elegant and quiet, there are not many people, so you can rest assured to eat, haha. The dishes are rich in variety and taste good.
The shop is from Japan's Iron Chef-Masaharu Morimoto restaurant of the same name, and the interior is very design and stylish. Morimoto's dishes are relatively new and trendy. The traditional Japanese cuisine is based on a blend of many other cooking techniques to extend the taste experience. 5 star recommendation!
