据说奥巴马喜欢这种烟熏肉，现在上海也有一家叫打火石什么的。在达拉斯有好几家，我们这次去的一家位于Plano. 现场排队点单并取肉。人还蛮多，大概等了20多分钟，点了牛腩，猪排和香肠。肉质不错，很嫩有鲜味加上烟熏的香味，味道别具一格。但吃多了还是很油腻。价格便宜，这些肉总共也就20-30美元。基本没什么服务，都是自助。环境一般。
