So crazy being able to see right where the shooting happened. Lots of signs and monuments to understand the full history.

Upon first glance this Memorial Plaza doesn’t look like much. After reading where the thought was behind building it, it makes more sense. Located about a block and a half from the Dealey Plaza, be sure to walk over when visiting.
The John F. Kennedy Memorial Plaza is in the heart of Dallas it's an open air area featuring a JFK Memorial and other great places to sit and relax and take in Dallas.
Dedicated to President John F. Kennedy who was shot and killed just a block away from here in Dallas on November 22, 1963, the monument is a large white cenotaph that represents the tragedy in a solemn yet appropriate manner. Information is posted in and around the monument to educate visitors about the events. The Sixth Floor Museum and Dealey Plaza are also nearby, so this is an important part of the JFK tour if you're a history buff.
I went there recently in July, it was so hot. This monument is very magnificent and you can see that the weather in the picture is very good and the photo taken is very effective. The greenery under the monument is great and you can see many little squirrels.
