Just behind the Grand Tinska Church. The food at this restaurant is as good or even better as in Mumbai. One of Prague&rsquo;s most authentic Indian restaurants. Vegetarian food is abundant. My favorite dish is Chanel Parak (not on the menu), but super delicious, with pure wheat, butter-free crisps. Vegetarian Indian fried rice is also a must. Hot and soft Indian dumplings with ice cream. All is a 5 star experience. The owners and team are very attentive, flexible and helpful. Nice to find this gem.

The Japanese restaurant with a very high price/performance ratio, the service is very thoughtful and intimate, the waiter will patiently introduce you to the taste of each dish, I like the salmon sushi here, the salmon is thickly cut, and it is very enjoyable to eat.

This place is mainly famous for their flammek&uuml;che and recently they also added mussels to their menu; and those are the main reasons why people go there. At midday, however, the place turns into a nondescript yuppie eatery for office folk, with only a limited offer of a soup plus four mains (actually a full menu is not even available at noon - yet this info is nowhere to be found on their website, we were told that upon asking for an a la carte offer). The food is decent though, yet the midday atmosphere has nothing of a winstub, it is rather one of an Eurest canteen. Another problem during my visit was the quantity of flies concentrated near the roof window right above our table - quite a strange sight in late January, yet also a sign of neglected maintenance, unacceptable at this level. Would it be such a problem spraying the place with Raid some 30 minutes before opening?
