Out to defraud tourists. Give these shops a wide berth.
They sold us a cheap straw hat (made in China, not by Prague) for EUR 20! Then refused to refund us when we found a stain on it 10 seconds after purchase.

My daughter and i was shocked by shop keepers rude behavior. We are only few minutes looking for hats and souvenirs to buy when he rudely tell us to get out of his shop if we are not buying anything. ...
It was a shop like a specialty store that was about a 1 walk east of Carlova Street from the Apple Museum. The Czech Republic is famous for its glass products, but it was dangerous to carry it in a suitcase and I couldn't afford to send it separately, so I just looked at it.
