Little Krakatau Mountain

I went there a few years ago but it was so worth it and is a must visit because of it's history. The boat ride to the island was about 30-45 minutes and we spent about 15-30 minutes on the island itself hiking to the top. It was very bright and windy and you can see the black rock where the lava streams had flowed down to the ocean. Beautiful view from the top! Unfortunately in 2018 it erupted, it’s beautiful but deadly. When it’s on active status, surely you can still visit a nearby island to watch the eruption (when it’s not closed or too dangerous as officials will decide of course).
