Don’t do it ! We were slatted for 6:45 pm on October 7, 2022. To which then they I showed my VIP tickets to scan at the entry and the worker replied “ you only have an hour go on in “ we rushed through the exhibit and on the other side everything was shutting down. There were no inflatables because the worker said they have to shut down everything before closing , no concessions were open, the fossil information area we stopped by the guy was on his phone and we weren’t even greeted. My kids only got to participate in one activity that was still open which was riding the animatronic dinosaur. No craft stations were open ! When I inquired about the VIP experience the staff looked at me puzzled and told me to contact customer service to which I did and they told me there is nothing they can do as it was “ company policy” save your money and time . I went before during COVID to the drive thru experience and the prices were better and so was the staff and experience was too! The customer service did nothing to make up for the unlimited access experience which we paid for ! Just so everyone knows the experience is FREE !!! Just walk in they don’t scan tickets ! Kelsey B. A customer service manager refuses to refund due to company policy to which I then asked for them to make this right next year and still was denied! Save your money just walk in they don’t check tickets closer to closing time !
