Baisui Palace

The Baisui Palace Scenic Area, located in the front mountain of Jiuhua Mountain, contains Baisui Palace, Dongya Temple, Huixiang Pavilion and other attractions. It is more convenient to go up and down the Baisui Palace to choose to take the cable car or walk. The Baisui Palace cable car is a ground rail, very safe and fast. Baisui Palace is a famous temple in Jiuhuashan Scenic Area. Walking up the mountain road next to the ticket gate of Jiuhuashan, or going a little forward on the Baisui Palace cableway cable car up the mountain, both ways can be done. Baisui Palace is the highest point in the Jiuhua Street range, overlooking the whole picture of Jiuhua Street. The environment is very good, the temple is dedicated to the flesh bodhisattva.

The Baisui Palace is located in the 871-meter-high Jasun Peak of Jiuhua Mountain. It was originally named Star-Picking Temple and also known as Wannian Temple. It was built in the Ming Dynasty and is a key national monastery. The Baisui Palace and the Gion Temple, Dongya Temple and Ganlu Temple are also called Jiuhua Mountain "four jungles". In 1982, the Jiuhua Mountain Management Office rebuilt the temple. The construction area is 2987 square meters. In 1983, it was designated as the key Buddhist monastery in the Han nationality area by the State Council.

The 100-year-old palace, originally named "Star Picking" and also known as "Wannian Temple", is the second flesh temple in Jiuhua Mountain, for the flawless Zen master body, located in Chizhou City, Anhui Province, as of October 16, 2017, the construction area of 2,500 square meters, built in Mingsi Zongchongxu for three years, is the Han nationality area Buddhism national key monastery. The 100-year-old palace is dedicated to the flesh of the immaculate monks of the Ming Dynasty, because it lived to 126 years old, so the temple was named "100-year-old palace". Ming Si Zong Chongxuan three years-enclosed flawless as "the body of the bodhisattva", and the title "for the best pleasure of good", gave the name of the immaculate flesh tower "Lotus treasure." The Baisui Palace is the "four jungles" of Jiuhua Mountain with the Gion Temple, Dongya Temple and Ganlu Temple. The temple was destroyed in the 56th year of Qing Kangxi and rebuilt by the abbot monk Sanmi. Xianfeng was destroyed in the three years of Xianfeng (xin),[4] and rebuilt after three years. In 1982, Jiuhuashan Management Office rebuilt the temple. In 1983, the Buddha statue was remodeled, and the flesh of the immaculate monk was painted and golded. In 1987, the statues of Sanrulai, 18 Luohan, and Maitreya Buddha were created. In 1995, 500 Luohan Hall was built, and 500 Luohan sitting statues were worshipped, like height of1.3 meters. The Baisui Palace is a typical temple of the West of the Fujian people's residence, with five-story high-rise buildings such as Rongshanmen, Grand Hall, and Body Hall, without the configuration of single buildings.

The rocks on the hill penetrate into the temple, adding a simple and natural flavor to the temple. Legend has it that the temple of Qingxianfeng suffered a fire in the past three years. Suddenly, the body was raised with both hands. Heavy rain put out the fire. The believers believe that the flawless body still retains its magic power. Many people come here to burn incense and worship Buddha.
