Plimmer and his dog.
Having worked in the Bank of New Zealand opposite during the 1970, it was great to see the development at the steps and the Bronze statue at the entrance.
These steps are a nice dedication to John Plimmer whose statue is located nearby to these steps. Plimmer was an entrepreneur in New Zealand who has been called the "Father of Wellington".
