I don't remember the name of the dish. I am more impressed with the dry pot chicken, the black pepper-flavored field chicken and the pepper-flavored fish head, respectively, which are Figure 1, Figure 2 and Figure 3. The chicken skin stew is fragrant and has no fishy smell. The field chicken is particularly tender, and the black pepper is simply a fairy, and you can't stop when you eat it. The meat in the head of the pepper fish is particularly fresh, spicy, and super rice.
