It is a temple dedicated to the founder of Xinlian and Shang Yinghua. The path is paved with stone slabs, and it feels like walking on it.
Puzhao Temple is a temple dedicated to the founder of Xinlian monk Shang Yinghua, a famous temple in Tai'an.
The Puzhao Temple takes the meaning of "Buddha Illumination", and it was passed down as built during the Six Dynasties. The temple takes the Daxiong Hall and Mosong Tower as its central axis, forming a three-entry courtyard. Both sides are equipped with temples, meditation houses and gardens. In the third year of Xuande in the Ming Dynasty (1428), the Korean monk Man Kong climbed Mount Tai and visited ancient temples. He rebuilt Zhulin Temple and revived Puzhao Temple in Mount Tai for more than 20 years. More than a thousand people received Dharma from all directions. This is recorded in the "Reopening the Mountain" in the 16th year of Ming Zhengde. Feng Yuxiang once lived in seclusion here.
On Tai’an Huanshan Road, near Fan Mingshu’s tomb, there is a section of uphill road to the north, and Puzhao Temple is at the end of the road. This should be the nearest Buddhist temple to Mount Tai. The transportation is very convenient. There are not many people between Hongmen and Tianwai Village. Tourists who have plenty of time can visit
Puzhao Temple, which means that the light of Buddha shines, walks here from Tianwai Village in the morning. It is sparsely populated, quiet and peaceful, and the temple is small. A bamboo forest in the backyard is not open to the public. The bell tower and the drum tower are opposite, and the ginkgo trees bear witness to its experience.
